Hello Terry Williamson,
To check what wrong it is, would you like to show the issue by images or video? You can share it to service@droking.com
Best regards,

Hello, Ancel Sherrard
Please ignore CU menus, that is for bluetooth version.
in reply to: wiring diagram and support manual #108007Hello, jon w mackey
We can’t find one work for 0-30v. It should be 4.5v-30v, please check if it is below one.
in reply to: 12vdc momentary action relay #106922Hello Don Swager,
We can’t confirm the item you mean, it seem your meter is with 50A range. We only have 200A meter, Please confirm if it is this one, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B4CWKRJ?ref=myi_title_dp
in reply to: Need help with UART protocol #106910Hello
Please send picture to service@droking.com
in reply to: Step up 18VDC to 24VDC 90W #104956Hello,
So the output current you need is around 3.8A? There are many converters can do that. But we can’t one meet your size exactly.
Best regards.
in reply to: Can I parallel 2 power supplies #104955Hello,
We don’t recommend parallel connection, even though you set the same output voltage. Actual output is not complete the same. With diode, it can prevent backfeed current, however, diode also stop one of output. Actually only one powr supply is working.
in reply to: Need help with UART protocol #104947Hello David George-Kennedy,
Do you mean you can send OP:0001 OP:0011 OP:0111 . It is impossible to send OP:1 OP:11 OP:111 directly.
Could you please show us the screenshot abouth commands?
in reply to: Manual for DC-DC Step Down Voltage Regulator #104943Hello Kazuki,
Sorry, there are no item matches B075362S9J. Please check if some number is wrong.
Or could you please offer product link?
About CC indicator, if actual load current reaches preset current limit, it will light on.
Best regads,

Hello Brian Edey,
Did you short the calibrating spots correctly? Is it possible for you to show the operation by video?
Best regards.
in reply to: Incorrect wattage reading on 200579 #104939Hello Jon DeLee,
There are three kinds of power: Active power(P), Apparent pow er(S) ,Reactive power(Q)
Our meter only monitor Active power(P)
Apparent power: S= U*I
Active power : P=U*I*cosφ (cosφ is power factor)
Different load have different power factor, so active power is not always equal to U*I.
For example, the cosφ for pure resistive load is near 1, so the Active power can be closed to U*I ;
The cosφ for inductive load and capacitive load is between 0-1, so the Active pow er is less than U*I.
Our meter also read power factor. You can check that.
And the reset button is under the lower right of meter, there is a hole, you can press it with wooden stick or other thing, just hold 5 seconds, then kwh will be reset.
Best regards,
DROK
in reply to: adjustable 24 volt 20 amp switch power supply #104936Hello Dave Pellegrino,
The max output from this item is 20A, since you don’t need to limit load current, just ignore above steps, turn the current potentiometer fully clockwise, then set votlage 21v.- This reply was modified 2 years ago by Drok.
Hello ,
Please confirm if it is #200580, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B098SVD2B8?ref=myi_title_dp
No matter which converter is, the higher votlage difference is, the more the power dissipation is . From 12v to 56v, the votlage difference is not low. Since more power has been consumed on conver circuit, the actual output power is not enough. That is why 24v or 36v input voltage can work.
Best regards.
Hello Jason,
Sorry, there is no differential voltage setting. We will try to report that to factory.
