    Do you mean 24 v power supply is connected to current input port? If it is that case, what is connected to VCC and GND?

    Once you short output ports, voltage regulation can’t be operated in that case.

    Motion sensor can send  high level signal , is it right? Is the USB cable used to power relay?

    It seems you have connected montion sensor to high level signal input port.  Have you tried to power on the relay and check if it can send trigger signal?

    About motor connection, pleawe refer to below diagram. Relay doesn’t output power for load, it just work as switch.

    You can connect independent power supply for load or relay and load share one power supply.

    You can set two group of time period  for one working mode. But there is no Second time unit, it can’t close contacts for 1 second.

    We are not sure the Multimeter (+) and Multimeter (-) you mentioned.  Do you mean VCC+ and OUT-? And what is the load?

    Battery icon is not regarding actual battery capacity.

    Capacity percentage=( accumulated AH value /preset AH value)*100%

    With input different voltage, output capacity  is  different.
    DC 9-24V, Output 5.2V/6A/30W
    DC 24-32V, Output 5.2V/5A/25W
    DC 32-36V, Output 5.2V/3.5A/18W
