    When OUT arrow pointing right means discharging, if it points left, that is charging.

    The “OUT-” and “IN-” should be reversed. Would you please try to exchange the wires on “OUT-” and “IN-”?

    Thanks for writing in.

    Did you check if input power is enough for output? No matter buck or boost converter, they can only change voltage, but the total  energy cannot be created or destroyed. Assume input power is 10w, output power is also 10W.

    And regarding to current adjustment,  it is used to limite output current insead of regulate current.  Output current can’t be adjusted directly, which is decided by load mainly.
    For example,  preset output is 3A, but load need to draw 2A, the actual output should be 2A.

    When load need to draws over 4A , actual output will not be over 3A in that case
    You can firstly confirm how muc the input power is and output power you need.

    This image is to show you that actually there is short connection between 1,2 port and 3, 4 port. So you just need to connect power supply directly to 2, 3 port.

    Hello William,

    There is 5A fuse in input circuit. If device draws over 20A, power tube will also damage. In that case, it can’t work again even though you replace fuse. Therefore you need to make sure the max load current can’t be over 20A.

    There are many converter can be used as battery charger. What is input and output range?

    As per your description, do you mean this item? 200305

    The actual output current is decided by load, so if your battery  draw over 20A, #200305 is not suitable. It will be damaged.

    As per your description “supply voltage to the output to act as a charging port”, do you mean input 5v to output port? That is infeasible by any ways. We are sorry we don’t have such item.
