Best regardsin reply to: 8-22V to 1-15V regulator #9419Hello Don Lundgren,
This problem may be caused by the self-check of the car.
When start the car, there will be a process of self-checking,which the voltage will reduce.
When the input voltage is lower than the output voltage and no differential pressure, the output voltage of the product will drop, too.
Bsides, it is a little hard for this product to output 10V.
Because the voltage of a car is about 10V in general and there must be a 3V differential pressure between the input voltage and the output voltage.
Hope this can help you.
Best regardsHello Shakrah,
Thank you for your reply.
Could you please tell us your the voltage of the battery?

You can use other power supply which the voltage range is DC 7.5-15V and the current is more than 3A.
Best regardsin reply to: Miniature Stereo Amplifier Not Functioning (again) #9397Hello Dudeguy21,
Sorry for our late reply.
Could you please tell us the current of your power supply?
This problem may be caused by that the current of the power supply is too low and the power is not enough to drive the amplifier when the volume is turned up.
Could you please try to use another power supply with larger current to check if the amplifier work normally?
If not, please feel free to write back to us.

Thank you for your reply.
Did you adjust the output voltage to 10V?
What do you mean that you remove power?
Best regardsHello Shakrah,
Thank you for writing in.
The minimum setup of the series of the lithium battery is 3 series.
The voltage of Li1 and Li2 is fixed, cannot be adjusted.
Hope this can help you.
