    Hello Don,

Please check if it is this item, #2001712003, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B4CWKRJ/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20

We are sorry we don’t have longer cable. If you need longer one, please use shield cable, or there is impact on measurement. Connector is XH2.54-3p.

    Best regards.

    Hello Joel Cooke,

May  I know how large the input voltage it is? Did you regulate voltage potentiometer clockwise or anticlockwise?

If possible, would  you like to show us the display?

    Best regards,

    DROK

    Hello Mike GUSTAFSON,

You may reverse sensor connection.  Current reading with negative sign means that is charging status instead of discharging. Please change the current direction on sensor.

Any more questions, please let us know.

    Besr regards,

    DROK

    Hello Sebastian,

If  input is below 5.3v, led can’t display accurately  voltage/current.  Did you check  output with other meter when input source is wall wart?

To check it further, woluld you like to show us how it is by video?

Does the preset voltage not change completely along with your adjustment?

    Best regards,

    DROK

    Hello Chuck Bowers,

Does the 12v source can offer enough power? If that UPS need at least 15w power, input power to 200217 should not be lower than 15W.

    Best regards.

    Hello Bruce. S,

Everything obeys the raw of conversion of energy. Now matter how you conver votlage, total power remains unchanges.

If input source can only offer max 100w input power, it is impossible to get 113.4w output(54vx2.1a)

And from 12v to 54v, there is a large votlage difference. It may cause more energy loss, so actual output may not be as what you set.

Simple mode is regarding how to set output voltage/current, it is necessary operation.

    Best regards.

    Hello Damon McInnes,

Did you connect load? Without load, there is no load current.  And you can’t adjust current.

If you don’t want to connect load in advance, please short the output to adjust current.

Notice: This is available for buck converter only.

    Best regards,

    DROK
